An ALL INCLUSIVE that does NOT includes it all!

The hotel is nice. Nice architecture of the many buildings, small town look, even a tiny church. The restaurant is nice too. Clean pools.

From reception to the restaurant and beach is almost 1 mile!... if you are at the palmeras building (next to reception), and go to the pool by the beach and forgot your towel tokens... it’s a whole trip back to your room. Service: VERY slow. Staff is very kind but it takes for ever to get a glass of soda or anything else you ask for. Full Board Service: This is the worst of all!!! When you book your room you have 3 options: breakfast only, half board or full board... ok don’t get confused, full board doesn’t mean all inclusive! I went for breakfast in the morning, as I was staying a mile away from the restaurant at the Palmeras building, I brought everything to stay at the beach, so I finished my breakfast and 30 minutes later I asked for a coke... I was badly surprised because I had to pay for it. Full board means: 3 meal times + 2 glasses (250 cc each - ice = 175 cc of real drink) of liquid. And... I was supposed to be “covered” with food and drinks, I didn’t bring my wallet with me, guess what?... yes, I was a mile away from my money!!! If I decide to come back again I wouldn’t choose the full or half board service.

Poor quality of the drinks and the lack of products to prepare them, I've never seen an hotel where they don't have lemons to prepare drinks or cranberry, natural juices, etc. if you arrive to the hotel late at night you won't find anything to eat or drink because the snack bar and restaurant are closed.

The beach, the waterpark for the kids, the pool.

*The food was like for a two stars hotel. It was almost the same every day, It didnt had much variaty and it didnt had a good taste. We had to order from "a la carte menu" and pay extra for that food. *The water park was only open for 4 hours a day. *The drinks was also for a two or one star hotel, it only included a cheap awful brand of alcohol. *It mention a snack bar and a grill restaurant that we never saw. *For the kids the only thing available was pizza, no fries, no chiken nuggets, and nothing similar that kids use to eat. *There's nothing else to do for adults in the night. No show, no disco, no bar

Beautiful beach and nice staff.

Only one restaurant with limited food choice and not enough seating. The pool was dirty. No power in the whole facility for several hours the day we arrived. The evening entertainment was bad Karoake for hours.

The pool and water park was nice. But the water paarl only open 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon.

This property is not a resort. It’s a private family beach club, where Weare only ownes the reception desk and restaurant. They rent the apartments from private owners to re-rent with the so call all-inclusive package. Which by the way is the worst service and food I have ever experienced in my life. There is only one restaurant in the whole place and the food is disgusting, no variety and constantly running out of food in the buffet. HORRIBLE! The service, the food and the fact that this is not a real resort with all inclusive. We were move from room to room three time in our 4 nights stay. The safe in most rooms don’t have batteries. We asked but never were given new ones.

The sea is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Cleaning and restaurant staff in general were nice and hardworking.

Flies around the food. Staff at the front desk were not as efficient as they would be.

Beautiful place, perfect room (apartment), nice beach, resort accessible by frequent guaguas, and right at the entrance of national park. Having an all-day bar at the pool and by the beach is very cool. Good food at the restaurant.

Since the resort is quite big, it takes a few minutes to walk from room to the restaurant-beach (still OK though).

Good place and nice stafff. Food was very good and services too. Free transportation to go to the nightclub and casino nearby the hotel. Animation during the night and all day cocktail service.

The gym was not recent by it's fine.

Hotel in general was good, the food was amazing and the staff was very nice.

First night they placed us on the worst room of the hotel, a room that seemed to be unused for years. A disgusting cigarette smell all over the room and we had to let all windows and doors open but it didn't help. So I had to go and talk to Adonis in the front desk at midnight and he was able to switch us to a good one. That was not a good experience because we drove 5 hrs to get there expecting to rest. We were very tired and they knew that the room was horrible. They had to give us a clean and organized room from the begining. It was our honey moon and the experience was not very pleasant; however, after we got switched things got better.
